The coach: your partner to success!

Pursuing our mission, we are now emphasizing our coaching activities, thus providing a partner to your managers helping them reaching their personal and professional objectives.

Added value

Our contribution aims at supporting managers and organizations achieving their goals and objectives thus helping them moving a step further, while ensuring a return on your investment.

The coach listens and supports the coachee, helps reducing procrastination and provides managers with feedback that is necessary to their success.

For the organization :

  • Alignment with corporate values
  • Highly-performing management team
  • Improved decisions
  • Support to talented managers
  • Faster integration of newly nominated managers
For the coachee:

  • Improvement of interpersonal skills
  • Faster pace in translating ideas into actions
  • Mastering management abilities
  • Awareness of business stakes
  • Wider perspective resulting in better decisions

Our approach

Our approach is integrated and is used throughout our coaching team, thus providing cohesion amongst our interventions. It consists of:

  • The use of a metholology and tools, developed using management principles, and which can be adapted to each manager and each professional, from different levels and various fields.
  • Three-hour monthly meetings, or more frequently if need be, offering optimum time required in the learning process. These meetings are preferably held at our offices, which ensures confidentiality, avoids interruptions and provides the coachee with the opportunity to be removed from daily activities.
  • A structured follow-up, every two weeks over the phone.
  • When required, we join coachees in some of their management activities. These are followed by a private feedback meeting with observations that will be used as starting point for behavior change and skill development.
  • In case of emergency, we stand by.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of coachee's information, unless otherwise authorized by the coachee.

When dealing with personal mandate, we establish a partnership based on mutual confidentiality and maintain and protect such confidentiality. We consider that any information received from the coachee is confidential including the existing or past coaching relationship.

Our resources

Our coaches are selected based on their qualities and their professional achievements, thus having real-world business experience in manufacturing, distribution, services and public organizations. Our coaches have successfully completed an integration program including our objectives and work methodology.

This variety and depth of expertise provide us with the opportunity to offer you the right coach for the right person at the right time.
